STORY

This work, made from a clear acrylic binder and natural sand, exposes the aggregates normally hidden in plaster. The surface was roughly worked by hand to reveal layers and lines, exposing the underlying jute fabric. Echoing Antoni Tàpies' informal style, the material language and the exposed substrate create a silent dialogue between earth and structure – transforming simple matter into a poetic surface.
