Fine clay, tinted with ochre pigments, was applied on a reed mat and then carved from bottom to top in a continuous structural gradient. The technique reveals the stratified structure beneath, showing how preparation and finish belong to the same story. A movement from rough to smooth, from earth to surface—inviting stillness in transition.
