CEMENT2701
STORY
Two contrasting surfaces define this work: one made from dense portland cement with a top coat of mineral paint, the other a fragment of aged cardboard once used as a protective base in the workshop for over five years. The cement layer captures the expresion of an informal art painting, while the cardboard holds traces of use and time. Together, they reveal how opposites—fragility and solidity—can coexist in one frame.
